L206 Low-temperatue Curing Agent for Powder Coating

L206 Low-temperatue Curing Agent for Powder Coating

Product Details

Low-temperature Curing Agent L206

The chemical structure of L206 is 2-phenyl imidazoline which is the first step reaction product in the 68 matting agent production. It can be used as low-temperature curing agent for epoxy resin, or as an accelerator used in powder coatings.

Technical parameters

Appearance: white to light yellow powder

Melting point: 95 -102 ° C

Nitrogen content: 18.9-19.4%

Extruding temperature: 90 -100 °C

As main curing agent, it can make epoxy resin powder coating to achieve low temperature curing by 130° C/30 minutes or high temperature curing by 240° C/30 seconds.

As accelerator, it is used in pure epoxy, hybrid and pure polyester system reducing curing temperature or shortening curing time.

Use method

As curing agent, dosage: 7% of epoxy resin.

As accelerator, dosage: 0.1-0.5%.
